舞台上学子的成功也来自小伙伴们的支持。总控室PPT的播放，需要一位小助手协助，于是在选手们训练的日子里，身旁总是有另外一个小小的身影在默默地陪伴。在演讲当晚，他们无懈可击的配合，让选手的演讲内容与PPT呈现完全同步，让在场的评委和同学们赞叹，纷纷向他们竖起大拇指。除此之外，胡钰楠，唐果果，宋雨乐，舒钰涵，邓舒齐，张缘羽，周墨，刘诗韵，刘嘉琪，王若菡，胡一阳，秦艺梣，周佳琪老师，黄靖竹等同学在不同岗位上也默默付出着。

导演高沛薪，总控刘孟宇和魏田宇同学，摄像师“大哥”王子和严锦诺同学，制作暖场视频的王嘉璐，六位主持人梅顾曦，景子轩，经渊朝，陈笑笑，卢韵绮，刘芯语，书写奖状的向皓月同学以及负责礼仪的曾桂军，周芷伊，夏澜嘉，刘嘉琪自官宣比赛日开始，即刻上岗。导演现场踩点，落实每位选手舞台演讲的黄金位置，彩排时对PPT，时长，主持等提出众多修改方案；总控的孩子们在周佳琪老师的的带领下制作现场流程PPT，与各位助手交流播放细节，确保比赛完美谢幕；摄影大哥，奔走于音乐厅的各个角落，记录下选手，评委，家长以及幕后的各个感人瞬间；王嘉璐同学更是有一那双发现美的眼睛，用每一帧镜头记录了半学期发生在英语老师们和同学们身上那些可爱的，友爱的，奋进的，拼搏的镜头；六位主持人在曾谧老师的指引下，自己撰写主持稿，不断改进和优化，利用休息排练和彩排，最终呈现出来的，唯有专业；向皓月同学在郭君老师的协助下，利用零散时间书写班级和年级“万词王”奖状，比赛当晚利用学长发言时间争分夺秒书写决赛奖状，只是想让奖状上的名字印刻的更美一点；负责礼仪的同学则是在钱学伟老师的引领下包干了有关礼仪的所有事务......

首届毕业的学长学姐们积极参与到活动中，认真评判，严谨细致，让比赛更加璀璨。

学长学姐们上台为获得班级和年级“万词王”称号的同学们颁奖，而且以英文分享了学习的经验。

在英语组十二年一贯推进会议中，徐顾问曾向全校英语老师提出以下建议：

• 听说看为先，读写演结合；  

• 全英文授课——用英语教英语，培养语感（Build the sense of the language)；

• 句本位教学法—— 在语篇和语境中习得和学习英语；

• 课堂教学交际化，浸润式；

• 丰富分级英语活动；

• 建立听说读写评价体系……

如今，徐专家在一学期的跟班指导之后，对于执诚学部初2021级的英语教学及本次演讲比赛，给予高度评价：

年级英语老师李春来，郭君，曾谧，钱学伟，周佳琪基于十二年一贯理念，不断优化课程体系，始终坚持让自己的课堂动起来，活起来；让选修课丰富起来，变得更有意义起来。本次演讲比赛只是选择性必修课程和活动类选修课程的第一次融合。未来，他们有更多的筹划和实践。
